Output: Huber Social Certification Proposal
STEP 1: ORGANISATION DETAILS

STEP 2: SITUATION

What is the reason the organisation exists and who do they seek to impact?

STEP 3: MISSION

Mission statement of the organisation or objective of particular service

STEP 4A MEASUREMENT GROUPS

1. Does the program impact different groups of people?

2. Does the program aim to achieve different outcomes for those different groups of people? Or do those different groups of people have different needs?

This will help to determine whether we need multiple surveys.

For example:
  • Parents & children
  • Teenagers & young children
  • Program participants & program graduates
STEP 4B REPORTING

Does the client want to see results cut in different ways?

This will help to determine the amount of analysis required and the amount of time spent on reporting.

For example:
  • A program that is run out of three different locations for youth at risk. This has one Measurement Group (as established in Step 4A above) but the client would like to be abel to look at the results by location.
  • A corporate firm wants to look at employee wellbeing by office location (e.g. WA, NSW, Victoria and QLD), by department (e.g. Support Staff, Practitioners) and also by seniority (e.g. graduates, senior staff, executive team)
STEP 5: SERVICES

13. How the services are delivered *This question is required.
STEP 6: MEASUREMENT ACTIVITIES
