Ballston will soon have more than 80 restaurants to tempt any visitor, so this month we wanted to find out the state and trends of Ballston's emerging restaurant scene. To help us understand the finer aspects of the dining world, Tina Leone invited Washingtonian Food Editor, Jessica Sidman, and restaurateur extraordinaire, Javier Candon, to share their insights from the last year and what they envision for the future of dining in the region.
