Floify Account Manager




Floify, a software startup in the mortgage industry, is looking to hire an Account Manager with 1+ year experience to be an integral part of a fast-paced team.   This position will be primarily focused on Account Management for some of our largest and most significant key accounts.  
 

About the Account Manager position:

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the customer experience while building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers
  • Manage account strategies and nurture relationships with multi-functional teams
  • Identify customer priorities, strategic initiatives, and operational goals
  • Guide the on-boarding, rollout, and account management from closed sale to renewal
  • Enthusiasm for increasing customer adoption and delivering value
  • Work with the Sales team to develop strategies to promote account growth
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Floify software, the mortgage market, and our customers needs
  • Be 'air traffic control' for all the moving pieces to ensure your accounts are constantly successful and happy
Requirements:
  • Must be technically savvy and highly organized
  • Requires excellent coaching, training, writing, project management and communication skills
  • Requires a multifunctional focus and the ability to 'wear many hats'
  • 1+ year Sales, Support, or Account Management experience
  • Experience writing clear professional email 
  • A passion for helping others and solving complex problems in creative ways
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
  • Strong decision making abilities
  • Must be a team player who performs well independently
  • Limited travel will be required
