2019 Families Learning Conference Lead Presenter Acceptance Form

Please take a moment to review the following Lead Presenter Agreement and Cancellation Policy. Then, using the form below, indicate your acceptance to present a concurrent session at the 2019 Families Learning Conference, held November 4-6 in Louisville, Kentucky.

Only the Lead Presenter should complete this form by May 3, 2019.

Lead Presenter Agreement:
  • Lead Presenters must register for a discounted fee of $250 by August 15, 2019. A unique registration link will be emailed upon your acceptance.
  • One Lead Presenter discount will be awarded per session.
  • NCFL strongly encourages presenters to upload their session materials for inclusion in the Conference mobile app. An email will be sent to the Lead Presenter with upload instructions in late summer 2019, with an upload deadline of October 24. 
  • Presenters are fully responsible for copying and furnishing all printed and/or electronic handouts for their sessions.
  • Presenters are responsible for supplying their own laptop for their sessions or may rent one from Conference organizers for a fee. 
  • Presenters must adhere to copyright laws.
  • Selling or promoting products is not allowed during the sessions. Presenters may only describe how materials are used in an educational setting.
  • Presenters are responsible for their own travel and hotel arrangements.

Cancellation Policy:
A full refund less the $75 administration fee will be issued for full conference cancellations received in writing by October 7, 2019. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after October 7, 2019. Management for the Families Learning Conference will not be held responsible for, nor issue refunds based on, illness, travel or weather-related interruptions, or other independent issues requiring cancellation after October 7, 2019. Substitutions are permitted.
