NMHC Member Eviction Survey

Overall Company Policies

There has been renewed focus given to the number of evictions throughout the country. Because laws governing evictions vary tremendously depending on location, it is difficult to obtain data. NMHC staff would like to learn how evictions impact our members' operations. Currently, we have no base of knowledge to rebut the issues surrounding evictions other than a handful of anecdotal reports from a small group of NMHC members.

This survey asks questions about your firm's individual evictions policies. Please provide answers for as large or small a portion of your portfolio as you are able- answering based on a sample of your portfolio is completely acceptable, and responses are broken out by state. All answers will remain confidential, although there is an optional space for individuals to provide contact information.
