12:30 - 2:30 - DESE Office Hours: Leveraging Data Resources: ESE staff will be available for 1:1 support for the multiple data tools available from the Department that can help districts design programs/schools for targeted student populations. Participants should bring laptops so they can begin looking at their data with guidance from ESE staff.
Participants: Each participating district/school is expected to bring a team of 2-6 staff to the meeting encompassing a variety of roles - administrators, teachers, special education, EL, guidance, etc.
FYI: Case Consultancy is a structured process for helping teams to think more expansively about a particular, concrete dilemma. Each district team will be paired with another district team. One team will share the background on their dilemma and then pose a question to the other team for their consideration and feedback. When time is up, the facilitator will then ask the district teams to switch roles so the second team will present their dilemma and question for consideration and feedback.
