Inclusion Institutes

Note: If attending more than one session, a separate registration form is needed for each date. 
Registration Details

Fee: There is no fee to attend. Morning refreshments and a light lunch are provided.

Note: to cover food expenses, s
chool districts will be billed $40.00 per person for any team or individual who registers and then cancels within 14 days of their scheduled Inclusion Institute.

Each team must include:  
  • one or both of the parents (or guardian/s), 
  • the regular education teacher,
  • the special education teacher, and
  • if student is transitioning to a new team or school, the regular and special educators of both the old and new teams/schools should attend.
Additional team members may register (including but not limited to) the principal, special education director, teacher aide, occupational therapist, speech/language pathologist, physical therapist, etc.

Confirmation: A confirmation notice is sent to the email address provided in the registration form. Check your spam or junk mail if the email is not received within a few minutes of submitting your registration.

Directions: Directions to the event location will be provided with the confirmation notice. Directions are also available on the Sherlock Center website at www.sherlockcenter.org. 


Accommodation and Language Requests: If you need a reasonable accommodation (e.g., ASL Interpreter, special dietary request for medical reasons), materials in an alternate format (e.g. large print) or information in a language other than English in order to fully participate in this event, please indicate your request on the registration form.
