Person-Centered Thinking Facilitator Training

Note: If attending more than one session, a separate registration form is needed for each date. 
Time Commitment:
Training takes place over 3 months and will require approximately a 40-hour commitment to successfully complete the course. Learners must complete 11 online modules, quizzes, 3 assignments, and participate in 4 instructor-led group sessions via Zoom (1.5 hours each).

Registration Details
Priority registration will be given to support coordinators, managers and other front-line supervisors, as well as families and people with lived experience. 

Fee: There is no fee to attend. This course is open to those supporting persons with I/DD living in Rhode Island. 

Registration Receipt: You will receive a receipt that your registration was received at the emailed provided.

Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation of enrollment when your registration is processed.

Accommodation and Language Requests: If you need a reasonable accommodation (e.g., ASL Interpreter), materials in an alternate format (e.g. large print) or information in a language other than English in order to fully participate in this event, please indicate your request on the registration form.
