Universal Credit: impact on housing associations - Q4 2018/19 Jan-Mar

Welcome to the National Housing Federation's survey on the impact of Universal Credit on housing associations.

The purpose of our survey is to understand any impact Universal Credit has had on your rent collection and wider services. It also seeks feedback on the Universal Credit service, including APAs, receipt of payments, support systems and communication.

The survey should take around 15-20 minutes to complete depending on the level of information you can provide. We recommend the survey is completed by a Finance Officer or similar.

Results will be reported anonymously and shared with those who complete the survey. Service feedback will be shared with the Department for Work and Pensions. Results will also be used for the Federation's ongoing work on Universal Credit.

The questions are not compulsory, but the more information you provide the better we will be able to assist you and discuss any impact of Universal Credit on housing associations. You can go back at any time and the survey will save your answers, but if you close the browser you will lose your answers.
