Chambers Bay Resort Project

The County Council is reviewing and discussing a proposed Chambers Bay Resort Ground Lease Agreement (GLA). A resort hotel has always been a part of the development plan since the inception of Chambers Creek Properties. The intent of developing a hotel on the property is to increase tourism, thereby increasing use of the golf course.

Please take a moment to answer the following questions in regards to the Chambers Bay Resort Project and will be included as part of the public feedback in the Pierce County Council's packet.

2. Do you support a resort at Chambers Creek Regional Park? *This question is required.
3. Do you support a portion of the Chambers Creek Property for leased residential use?
4. Do you support Pierce County maintaining ownership of all Chambers Creek Regional Park property land regardless of development on the property?
5. The tenant of the resort also has the first right to develop additional residences within the boundaries of Chambers Creek Properties (which includes the golf course) including, but not limited to, multi-family, senior housing or hotels if the County decides to sell the property. Do you support people living in permanent residences at the park?
6. Do you support the sale of any portion of Chambers Creek Property?
