2019 ROMBA Conference Student Application

Please note that this form is specifically for LGBTQ MBA or Graduate Students who do not come from a school with a ROMBA Affiliate. If you need to be introduced to your LGBTQ club leaders, please email info@reachingoutmba.org.

The Reaching Out LGBTQ MBA & Business Graduate Conference is a conference for current, alumni and prospective lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer graduate students (MBAs and other graduate are encouraged to attend). We want to keep the conference an inclusive environment for both LGBTQ students and active allies alike.

A large number of participating companies are exclusively seeking LGBTQ talent, which is difficult to identify through other recruiting channels. As a result, this may not be the best environment for someone outside of the LGBTQ community to try to connect with employers. While active straight allies may attend, we ask that you keep this in mind before applying. This year's ROMBA Conference (our 22nd) will be held in Atlanta, Georgia from October 10-12, 2019.

Essay Questions: Please note that the Reaching Out LGBT MBA & Business Graduate conference's programming is specifically created for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer attendees. Additionally most companies recruiting attend exclusively to speak with LGBTQ talent, who they can't otherwise identify through other recruiting channels.
