SupplySide West & Food ingredients North America 2019 Booth Approval

EXTENDED DEADLINE: August 16, 2019

All Exhibitors at SSW are required to submit a Booth Approval Form. The purpose of the form is to inform show management of the plans for each booth space to better assist with planning for the event, and prevent any unexpected issues when exhibitors arrive. Exhibitors that fail to submit the Booth Approval form will be subject to an on-site review which may result in the booth design being altered or removed. Please read the Booth Rules and Regulations located in the Exhibitor Services Kit for details. Questions should be addressed to supplyside.custserv@informa.com.

11. Are you utilizing an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) to assemble your booth? *This question is required.
Hired EACs are required to submit a copy of their Certificate of Insurance on exhibitorinsurance.com by September 24, 2019

NOTE:  EACs will not be allowed on the trade show floor unless they have submitted their Certificate of Insurance.

Please note the following NEW height limitations:
  • In-line Booth - 8 ft. 3 in. (3.05m x 3.05m)
  • Island Booth - 16 ft. (4.88m)

NEW Hanging sign max height is 20 ft. (6.10m) from the top of the sign to the floor. Hanging signs are not allowed in In-Line Booths.
