Comprehensive School Physical Activity Program (CSPAP) Training - May 24, 2019

Welcome to the May 24th CSPAP Training Registration! 

Training Overview and Objectives: 
This training will provide an overview of a Comprehensive School Physical Activity Program and an opportunity to identify and develop strategies for you to use in your school and after-school settings. 

By the end of the training, participants will be able to: 

- Describe a Comprehensive School Physical Activity Program (CSPAP)
- Communicate the importance of coordination in a CSPAP 
- Explain the link between health and academic achievement 
- Identify strategies for integrating and implementing a comprehensive approach to movement. 

Intended Audience: Staff working to promote health and wellness at the school and district level. This may include school administrators (e.g., principal), health education teachers, physical education teachers, health services staff (e.g., nurses), school nutrition director, out of school time staff, and other school partners utilizing the WSCC approach.

Date and Time: Friday, May 24, 2019 9:00a.m. - 1:00p.m.  Registration starts at 8:30a.m. 

Cost: The training is free for schools and districts.

Parking: Self-parking is available onsite for free. 

Meals: Meals are not included.  Please feel free to bring your own snacks.  Dining options are also available close to the hotel.
