We are excited to welcome you into the Mountaineer family. This survey is designed to get you acquainted with Western’s academic requirements. This will guide you through selecting classes using online tools. You need to have both your Degreeworks (1.Log into MyWestern 2.Click on student tab 3.Degreeworks) as well as the
Course Search (www.western.edu/class-schedule) webpage open while completing this survey. Please open these in a new tab.
Please note that this survey may take you up to an hour to complete, as you will be asked to identify your preferences for General Education and major requirements. If at any point you need to stop the survey, you may click the "Save and Continue" button at the top of the screen from page two and beyond.
Upon successful completion of the survey, you will be directed to a 'Thank You Screen' if you don't see this, your survey has not been submitted. An Academic Resource Center advisor will send an email to all email addresses on file within 10-15 business days with information on how to access your course schedule. Additionally, an EPIC mentor will contact you for any questions you have about your schedule. The Academic Resource Center advisor is registering you for classes this first time.
