Professional Input: The Value of Solar plus EV Charging

The Solar Energy Innovation Network (SEIN) is a collaborative research effort administered by the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) and supported by the U.S. Department of Energy. Nine team across the country are currently working on projects to better understand the value of distributed solar or solar tied to other distributed resources.

A team* from Minnesota is looking at the value of on-site solar with tied to electric vehicle charging infrastructure. As part of this research, the team is gathering market based impressions from developers, buildings owners, and property managers -- primarily of commercial offices, retail, and mix-use buildings that are places of work.

By completing this short 1 min survey you will help us have a greater insight into the demands of the local market for these technologies.
