2019 Benchmarking Survey: Employee Engagement

IPMA-HR's 2019 Benchmarking Survey seeks to understand the current state of Employee Engagement Practices in the public sector field.
 
For the purposes of this survey, Employee Engagement is defined as the emotional commitment the employee has to the organization and its goals.
 
The survey strives to understand  the current Employee Engagement practices in the public sector field, determine the common outcomes and next steps after conducting an Employee Engagement study, explore the reasons holding public sector HR agencies from conducting Employee Engagement studies and, identify common retention strategies implemented in public sector HR agencies.

Your participation in this survey is very important. This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. At the end of the survey, you will have the option to be entered into a drawing for a chance to win one of three $50 Amazon gift cards.
