Refunds will be issued ONLY for unused, unopened course manuals. Course hosts are encouraged to order additional material in the event of last-minute registrations. ALL exam booklets, answer sheets, and the exam score roster(excel file) MUST be returned to NRPA within 10 days following the course. Upon receipt, you will be invoiced for any used exams and manual orders.
