This transformation requires organizations to make a concerted effort to effectively plan for and manage the different constituents of the contingent workforce.

As part of this Pinnacle ModelTM analysis, we are addressing:

You will learn how your peers – and the best of the best enterprises – are effectively managing their contingent workforce and achieving outcomes such as cost reduction, hiring best-in-class talent, and developing a future-ready workforce. We will share a comprehensive report with analysis of survey results once the survey has closed and we have completed the analysis.
