The best person to complete this quiz is the staff member with overall responsibility of IT. At the end of the quiz, you will receive a summary assessment. The quiz generally takes 5 - 10 minutes to complete. It will ask you about your organisation's IT capability across six areas.
You don't have to fill out the whole survey at once. After finishing the first page of questions (the next page), you will receive an email with a link which allows you to stop and continue filling in the questionnaire at a later stage (if you can't see it, it could be in your 'junk' folder).
We will not share the specific information you provide with other parties. However, will share aggregate information about the IT environment of the organisations with South Eastern Melbourne PHN. This is so they can improve their services to help organisations like yours.
