The information you provide will be combined with your coworkers. We will use what we learn from you to develop a new training program for public-facing employees. The training will give you and other employees the tools and confidence needed to work more safely with difficult customers.

The items are written to include as many public-facing job roles as possible. This survey is for all public facing SFMTA employees, including Parking Control Officers, Transit Fare Inspectors, School Crossing Guards, etc.
