Confirmation Candidate Registration Form

FALL DIOCESAN-WIDE CONFIRMATIONS 2019

The following form should be submitted for each confirmand no later than Noon on Friday, September 13, 2019. Candidates cannot be accepted for the celebrations after this date. Candidates will be notified of their assigned Mass via their provided email no later than September 16, 2019.

Candidates and their sponsors need to check-in and pick up their name tags no later than 11:15 am or 4:15 pm on Sunday for a brief rehearsal and session with Bishop Ricken.

Each candidate may have guests present.

Please advise your candidates and sponsors to dress appropriately for the occasion. Priests are invited to concelebrate; please indicate on the form if you plan to concelebrate (please bring an alb, red chasuble and stole).
