Free Muni Pass Extension

An extension was required in the Clipper system for all Free Muni passes. Unfortunately, technical issues may have prevented some customers from receiving this update on their pass. If you are experiencing this issue, please fill out the form below and we will expedite this action within five to seven days. In the interim, please notify the Operator or Station Agent (Muni Metro stations) that your pass is being updated. If no Station Agent is present, proceed through the gate closet to the agent booth, it will open automatically.
