Dates: Thursday, November 18 & Friday, November 19, 2021

Location: Sheraton Baltimore North, Towson, Maryland

Early Bird Registration Special: Complete your sponsorship contract by Friday, September 3rd and have a link to your website posted on the registration website when it goes live!

Exhibitor Notes:

Benefits:
- Each exhibit space includes 2 complimentary registrations for up to two representatives when registered using this registration form.
- Exhibitors receive a free full-page Black and White advertisement
Fees:
- 2-day Fee: $425.00
Set Up:
- Wednesday, November 17, after 8:00 p.m. and Thursday, November 18, before 7:30 a.m.
Schedule:
- Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- MRA Complimentary Vendor Welcome Reception (Thursday only): 7:45 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
- Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Tear Down: Friday, November 19, before 3:30 p.m.
Internet: WiFi available
ASL Interpretation:
- Conference will provide one ASL interpreter for attendees in the Exhibit Hall.
- Exhibitors are welcome to arrange additional ASL interpreters at their own expense.
Brochure Art Deadline: Provided via e-mail or on CD in either PDF or JPG format by the deadline of Monday, October 11, 2021.

Alternative and Additional Sponsorship Options:

$150 Full page Black & White advertisement (Remember: Free for exhibitors)
$200 Full page Color advertisement (pending availability)

Note: Full Page = 6 1/2" width x 9" in length. To guarantee inclusion in the conference brochure, the art must be provided in either PDF or JPG format via e-mail to mdrehabconference.dors@maryland.gov by the deadline of Monday, October 11, 2021. Please use the Subject line, "Brochure art."
