Informed Consent

Are you interested in learning about the big picture way you think and plan about your goals, team goals, and organizational goals?

The SOAR Profile is an instrument that we have developed to help you learn about and understand how you approach strategic thinking, planning, and leading.

Strategic thinking is about discovering and envisioning imaginative strategies and potential futures significantly different from the present, and strategic planning is about operationalizing the strategies developed through strategic thinking.

The SOAR Profile will measure your natural SOAR-based capacity for strategic thinking, planning, and leading.

Completing the SOAR Profile is completely voluntary. Even if you decide to participate now, you may change your mind and stop at any time. You may choose to not answer an individual question or you may skip any section of the profile by skipping the question or clicking “Next” at the bottom of each page to move to the next question.

This is not a test or evaluation, and there are no right or wrong answers. As you complete your SOAR Profile, go with your first instincts--try not to "over think".

Your responses on this survey will become part of an anonymous database of SOAR capacity and capabilities. Additionally, we will send you the results of your SOAR Profile if you provide us with your contact information at the end of the survey.
