Please do not Forget to Mail Any Supporting Documents and One letter of Recommendation Postmarked by November 15th.

Letter of Recommendation must be from either a Math teacher, English teacher, or Counselor (1 letter REQUIRED/no more than three will be accepted). Each letter must be in sealed envelope & answer the following questions:

How long have you known this person?
What is the nature of your relationship?
Why is this person a good candidate for HFS?
Any additional information may be added.

All letters of recommendation and any documents that could not be uploaded to the online application should be mailed to:
