Cancellations are only accepted from the Lead Guest with the understanding that the entire reservation will be cancelled. We do not accept individual guest cancellations.
Cancellation Terms:
Un-redeemed Pre-book Tokens:Now through August 9, 2019 you will receive a refund of your Pre-book deposit minus a $50 administrative fee.
Starting
August 10, 2019 unused Pre-book tokens become non-refundable.
Holy Ship! Wrecked Reservations
All deposits for Holy Ship! Wrecked are non-refundable.
If you cancel between July 29th - August 19th you will receive a 50% refund of any monies paid into your reservation beyond your non-refundable deposit and any add-ons purchased.
Beginning August 20th, Holy Ship! Wrecked becomes non-refundable.
