Cancellation Policy

Participants and/or their organizations are responsible for all charges and penalties incurred by personally motivated cancellation or changes to travel and/or accommodations. CATIE may invoice a participant or their organization for these charges.

Cancellations must be received by writing the Coordinator, Events and Membership either by email at jvanveen@catie.ca or fax at 1-416-203-8284 at least two business days before the start of the event.
