Breakfast/Evening Symposia and Meeting Room Space

Breakfast Symposia: Industry Partners may host a Breakfast Symposium from 6:00 am to 7:45 am on either Monday, November 11th or Tuesday, November 12th, 2019. Many attendees are looking for learning opportunities (as well as breakfast) each day before the Global Congress begins so we invite you to use this opportunity to promote your product to an eager group each morning. The fee to host a breakfast is $5,500. 6 total/3 per day. SOLD OUT!

Evening Symposia: You may also host an Evening Symposium from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm on Monday, November 11th or Tuesday, November 12th, 2019. Our standard Evening Symposium allows for 250 guests or try our new option of a "Mini" Symposium from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm for 100 guests. The fee to host an Evening Symposium is $20,000 and a "Mini" Symposium is $12,500. Catering, room set-up and audiovisual needs are to be arranged at the expense of your company. 6 total/3 per day.  Limited Availability! 

Meeting Rooms: As an Industry Partner, the AAGL offers two convenient options for your staff, business or other scheduled meetings:
1). Vancouver Convention Centre Meeting Rooms - on levels 2 and 3.
2). Exhibit Hall Meeting Rooms - acoustically sound rooms in the Exhibit Hall, starting at 10x10.

VCC Meeting Rooms may be reserved starting on Sunday, November 10th through Tuesday, November 12th, for half day/4 hour increments; 8:00 am to 12 Noon and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The VCC meeting rooms are available for $1,750. Catering, room set-up and audiovisual needs are to be arranged at the expense of your company. Limited Availability!

Exhibit Hall Meeting Rooms are available for exclusive and private use within the Exhibit Hall during EH hours, the rental commences on the evening Sunday, November 10th through Tuesday, November 12th. The EH meeting rooms start at $6,000 per 100 sq. ft/10x10 for all days the Exhibit Hall is open. Catering, room set-up and audiovisual needs are to be arranged at the expense of your company. The Exhibits Team will contact you for additional steps to secure this on-floor space.

Please note that meeting room requests will not be granted by the hotel without permission from the AAGL and cannot be confirmed until payment is received. All Symposia will be listed in the Final Program. Please send a copy of your proposed invitation to the AAGL for approval prior to printing and distribution.

Cancellation: Written notification must be received by October 31, 2019 for a refund of 50% of the total amount. After October 31, 2019, no refunds will be issued.
