A confirmation message will automatically be sent to you, your Community Director, and staff within the Office of Residence Life and Housing to process the request.

 
If you are requesting an emergency recore (due to safety-related concerns):
DURING BUSINESS HOURS: Call the Office of Residence Life and Housing at 336-758-5185
AFTER-HOURS: Contact University Police at 336-758-5591 to speak with the RA On-Duty in your community. 
IF AT ANY TIME THERE IS AN EMERGENCY PLEASE CALL UNIVERSITY POLICE AT 336-758-5911
