Natural VetCare Senior Dog Survey

Thank you for taking our senior dog questionnaire.  Answering the below questions will give you an understanding of whether your dog is potentially showing signs of senior health issues that may benefit from a check-up with your vet and/or a free trial of a senior health product.  If you have any questions regarding this survey or your pet’s health, please contact our team directly on info@naturalvetcare.com or 0800 1585 332 and one of our vets or nutritionists will be happy to help.

If you answered mainly No.
Your answers indicate that your dog is predominantly fit and active and doesn’t appear to be showing significant signs of age related illness.  We would advise that you keep monitoring your dog’s health and fitness and check with your vet if any new signs of health issues appear.  In older dogs it is especially important to look out for changes in weight, appetite, thirst, energy, alertness and mobility.

If you answered mainly Yes.
Your answers indicate that your dog may be experiencing some health concerns related to their age, for example mobility issues or changes in cognitive function.  We recommend that you arrange for your dog to be examined by your vet and discuss some of the issues highlighted in this questionnaire.  You should also find it beneficial to take advantage of our free senior product trial.  If you would like to do so, please tick Yes to a free trial below!
