Opportunity Zone Project Tracking

The Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade would like to track and measure Opportunity Zone projects in planning, development or launch phases. This does not need to be a project you are actively involved with, but can be a project you have simply heard about. OEDIT will utilize this data as a way to improve our support from a state level.

1. Project Information: Please describe the Opportunity Zone funded project capturing a high-level overview of the project and investment overview/timelines. *This question is required.

2. Project Type: Active business, real estate development, land for sale, etc.

3. Status of Project: Planning, fundraising, under construction, operating, etc.
