This application (“Application”) is required to obtain authorization from NFL Players Association (“NFLPA”), for the applicant (“Retailer”) to sell NFLPA Licensed Products on Retailer’s approved ecommerce website. In submitting this Application, Retailer agrees to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of NFLPA’s
Online Distribution Policy. Retailer further acknowledges and agrees that it will not (i) use NFLPA intellectual property (including NFL Player names, numbers, images, etc.) in connection with Retailer’s sale of licensed product and/or ecommerce store (e.g., purchasing internet search terms containing NFLPA intellectual property); and (2) use marketing or promotional messaging that conflicts with NFLPA marketing or licensing initiatives (e.g., Top 50 Sales List).
