Definitions:
  • Creating internal communication
    (i.e. the cost of producing internal communications, e.g. creating a leader guide)
  • Consuming internal communication
    (i.e. the cost of employees reading/accessing communication, e.g. 1200 employees spending 5 minutes reading an email = 100 hrs)
  • Ineffective internal communication
    (i.e. communications to employees don’t result in the necessary action, e.g. employees do not undertake critical new behaviours)
