1. AUDIOVISUAL - IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ

The conference standard meeting room set will include an LCD projector, projection screen, Windows computer loaded with current version of PowerPoint, audio patch, and wireless lavaliere microphone. If you choose to use your own personal computer instead, the connection to the LCD projector is HDMI.

I understand that I must either bring my presentation on a flash drive for display on the Windows PC provided OR bring my own personal computer with HDMI port along with my presentation on flash drive as back up. It is strongly suggested that all speakers allow time to visit the Speaker Prep Room onsite prior to their session to make sure everything is working properly. *This question is required.
