Once you have completed your home efficiency upgrades through Efficiency Works Homes or a solar project or through the Residential Solar program, you may claim your Epic Certificate. If you have not completed upgrades through Efficiency Works Homes or the Residential Solar program, please do not fill out this form as there is not a certificate to claim.

2. Epic Certificate Participation: I hereby acknowledge and approve the creation of an Epic Certificate highlighting energy efficiency, indoor air quality and solar PV improvements completed at my residence through the Efficiency Works Homes (EWH) and Fort Collins Utilities Residential Solar program. By participating, I consent to allow the Green Building Registry to store information from my EWH home energy assessment, Home Energy Score (HES) and rebated improvements in order to create an Epic Certificate. This data will be sent through accepted and secure methods of data transportation, for the specific purpose of publishing the Epic Certificate on a database, which will auto-populate or otherwise make public my Epic Certificate on the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) or similar real estate listing site(s), such as Redfin and Zillow. Making public your Epic Certificate by populating it to real estate listing services is consistent with the City of Fort Collins’ efforts to promote the value of energy efficiency improvements in the local Fort Collins market. *This question is required.
