This is the form for schools and colleges to apply to join the EdTech Innovation Testbed. Before completing this form, we advise that you read information for schools and colleges and our FAQs page. 

This form should take around 15 minutes to complete assuming you have access to all the information required. The form is in five short sections:

1. Eligibility criteria
2. About your school, college or group of schools/colleges
3. Your challenges and technology needs
4. Your current technology use
5. About the Lead Contact 

Don’t forget, you can save and return to the form if you need to by clicking the "Save and continue later" button on the top, right-hand corner of the following screens and entering your email address.
