Laser Coaching Application

Introduction and Instructions

NAPO is looking for Laser Coaching experts who will be compensated* by participating. Coaches are expected to be Subject Matter Experts (SME) with extensive experience who can speak to any topic of interest related to the organizing and productivity industry.


  • Classes are scheduled for Sunday, April 5, the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld, 6677 Sea Harbor Drive, Orlando, FL 32821
  • Coaching sessions will begin at 10:00 AM EST and end at 11:30 AM EST
  • Each session is scheduled to last for a total of 20 minutes.


To qualify as a Coach for the Laser Coaching sessions, you must meet the following criteria: 
  • Have 60 hours of coaching skills training grounded in the core competencies of coaching.
  • To be consistent with coaching industry standards, this basic training must meet the following criteria:
    • Delivered live either on-site or in teleclasses (rather than from recordings or via a workbook)
    • Include trainer observation and feedback of the student’s coaching
  • Have a minimum of one year of experience using coaching skills and the coaching process with paying clients 
  • Be a NAPO Professional Member in good standing
As part of the application, the applicant will need to describe the supervised training in which he or she had engaged and when it took place.

  • Compensation for laser coaching will be one-quarter complimentary registration (value of $175).  This payment will be refunded to the credit card used to purchase your conference registration.
  • If you are also presenting a session at Conference, the coaching fee will be 50% of the full coaching fee (value of $87.50).  This payment can be picked up at the NAPO Information/Registration Desk immediately following these sessions.
