UK delegates - VAT will be added
EU delegates - we will invoice without VAT if you provide your VAT number
ROW delegates - no VAT will be added

PAYMENT OPTIONS
- We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card or PayPal. However, credit card is our preferred payment method.
- All invoices will be in pounds sterling.
- An invoice will be emailed following registration. Payment is due on receipt of invoice.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations made 70 - 104 days before the event will be charged 25% of the invoice value
- Cancellations made 35 - 69 days before the event will be charged 50% of the invoice value.
- Cancellations made 14 - 34 days before the event will be charged 75% of the invoice value.
- Cancellations made less than 13 days before the event will not be eligible for any refund. However, delegates can send another representative in their place.
