IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING

Please do not book flights until your place has been confirmed.

VAT
UK delegates - VAT will be added
EU delegates - we will invoice without VAT if you provide your VAT number
ROW delegates - no VAT will be added

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT OPTIONS
  1. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card or PayPal. However, credit card is our preferred payment method. 
  2. All invoices will be in pounds sterling.
  3. An invoice will be emailed following registration. Payment is due on receipt of invoice. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
  1. Cancellations made 70 - 104 days before the event will be charged 25% of the invoice value
  2. Cancellations made 35 - 69 days before the event will be charged 50% of the invoice value.
  3. Cancellations made 14 - 34 days before the event will be charged 75% of the invoice value.
  4. Cancellations made less than 13 days before the event will not be eligible for any refund. However, delegates can send another representative in their place. 
  5. All cancellations must be made in writing to Sarah Thomas at info@theworld100.com 
  6. Please expect confirmation of your registration within 48 hours of submission.
