FIVB Volleyball Nations League 2020 - Sport Equipment Delivery Form - Round Robin Phase

Dear All,

Please note that delivery addresses for FIVB Commercial Partners' shipments will NOT be collected again and respective shipments will be made to the address option as chosen below. FIVB Volleyball Department will share the tracking number of the shipments where possible.

This Form must be filled for each pool(s) that will be hosted in your country.

Deadline for submitting the form is 01 February 2020. 

Please find hereafter a list of items that each Round Robin Phase organiser will receive;

Mikasa:
  • 40 (forty) Mikasa volleyballs
  • 1 (one) ball carrier
  • * 2 (two) ball carrier covers (VNL branded)
Branded items and floor stickers:
  • 2 (two) Host City Name Floor Sticker
  • 2 (two) Competition Logo Floor Sticker
  • 2 (two) Gerflor Floor Sticker or 1 (one) Gerfloor Floor Sticker and 1 (one) Ganten Floor Sticker for China, including Macau and Hong Kong.
Ganten:
  • Ganten Water
Uniforms:
  • Uniforms for FIVB Officials and FOP Service Providers
  • FIVB and Local Photographer Bibs
Hawk-Eye:
  • Video Challenge system Equipment
Senoh:
  • ** VNL branded net: Each Organizer must have 2 (two) VNL branded nets per pool hosted: 1 (one) game net, plus 1 (one) reserve net. You will have to re-use the net(s) received for VNL 2019. For the Organizers that have only 1 (one) net in their country, an extra VNL branded net will be sent to them.
  • 1 (one) pair of Senoh Pole Safety Pad (new interior design) per Venue (/!\ not per pool)
  • 1 (one) pair of Safety Pad Cover per Venue (/!\ not per pool)

      * /!\ --> Please note that the Mikasa carrier cover (VNL branded) won't be ordered again for the following editions (as of VNL 2021) considering that you already received them for VNL 2019 and VNL 2020. Therefore, we kindly ask you to keep this material stored for the following years.

     ** /!\ --> Not all of the VNL 2020 Organizing Committees will receive an additional Senoh VNL branded net.
--> Example 1: Germany received 2 nets for VNL 2019. Those 2 nets must be re-used for each 2 pools in Germany for VNL 2020. Germany will not receive a new net in 2020.
--> Exemple 2: Argentina received 1 net for VNL 2019 pool in Mendoza. Argentina will have to bring the net used in Mendoza to VNL 2020 venue in San Juan. In addition, they will receive 1 extra net to be used as reserve net.
      --> Transportation of VNL branded nets is at the Organizing Committee's costs.

12. Where do you wish FIVB Officials Uniforms, FOP Service Providers Uniforms and Photographer bibs to be delivered?
(estimated delivery: 1 (one) month before the event) *This question is required.
13. Where do you wish Hawk Eye equipment to be delivered?
(estimated delivery: 1 (one) week before the event) *This question is required.
14. Where do you wish Senoh equipment to be delivered?
(estimated delivery: 1 (one) week before the event) *This question is required.
