2021-2022 NAAE My Local Cooperative Support Grants
The National Association of Agricultural Educators and the CHS Foundation are working collaboratively to offer cooperative education instructional materials and resources to engage students in understanding the cooperative business model, how cooperatives impact the communities where they are located and the vast cooperative career opportunities. My Local Cooperative is a special project of the National FFA Foundation.
Grant Overview
Agriculture teachers who attend My Local Cooperative professional development workshops in 2020 or 2021 are eligible for $100 grants to purchase materials to support the My Local Cooperative instructional module delivery or help off-set costs associated with off-site field experiences (field trips). Valid email address must be provided at the workshop. Grant link is sent to the email address provided at the workshop.
Funds may be used beginning November 2021 through December of 2022 as long as the following criteria are met:
1. Attend My Local Cooperative professional development workshop offered at the state or national level by NAAE.
2. Complete online grant request form.
3. Provide quick and easy impact report (takes less than 5 minutes) at the end of 2022.
Grant requests may take 2-3 weeks to process. If you do not receive payment within three weeks of submission please contact ethompson.naae@uky.edu.
