I hereby consent to entry on the parcels referenced in the Right-of-Entry Request letter sent by Idaho Power by employees and contractors of Idaho Power to conduct land surveys and studies to document environmental conditions. This consent is given with the express understanding that Idaho Power will be responsible for any physical damage caused to the property or substantial interference with the customary use of the property resulting from the studies and surveying of the property. This consent form does not convey any right or interest in my property other than the right of entry for the purposes I have checked below.
