There are 5 areas to serve in for Potter's House Christmas:
1. NOW FULL Saturday Preparations - Saturday, December 14th - 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Organize and prep all activities for the event including gift wrapping, craft prep, putting together family baskets, and more. You can sign up for either or both shifts!
2. NOW FULL Sunday Event Set Up - Sunday, December 15th - 12:15 to 3:00 PM
Set up tables, chairs, and all areas for event.
3. NOW FULL Sunday Event Dinner Servers - Sunday, December 15th - 5:00 to 7:00 PM
Set up tables, chairs, and all areas for event.
4. Sunday Event Table Servers - Sunday, December 15th - 5:00 to 8:00 PM
You will be assigned a table to fully serve throughout the night. Including dinner, activities, drinks, clean up, and more.
5. Sunday Event Gift Distribution & Clean Up - Sunday, December 15th - 6:30 to 10:00 PM
You will begin by working with our staff to give out all our family gifts and then we will clean up from the event. We will also need all dishes washed which may include taking dishes home, washing, and returning to us.
