Next Steps:

Internship applications will be accepted until March 1st at 11:59 PM. The program supervisor or coordinator for the specific program applied for will be reviewing your application materials. Interviews may be conducted with the program supervisor and/or program coordinator during the month of March. You will receive an email or phone call for an in-person interview. Internship awards will be announced by March 27th via email.

Due to the strong interest in our internship program and the limited number of students that we can accept each year, there is no guarantee that you will be placed in the internship program. The Women’s Center also offers the opportunity to become involved through our Volunteer Corps program. Each year, the program will accept approximately 30 volunteers who will work to connect UVA students with resources at the Women’s Center. In an effort to broaden our outreach, corps members actively participate in WC events, commit to service work at the Center, and serve as community advocates for change within the University community.
