The badge is an image that you can add to your website to promote your Custom Profile subscription. You can choose to have the badge direct patients to your Profile(s) or the homepage of LuminoHeath.ca.

Terms of use
By providing your first and last name, you are agreeing to the Lumino Health digital badge agreement.
Use of the Lumino Health digital badge (the “Lumino badge") is subject to the terms and conditions for use of Sun Life Financial websites found at https://www.sunlife.ca/slf/PSLF+Canada/Legal and the terms and conditions set out below (collectively, the "Terms"). By using the Lumino badge, you confirm that you understand and agree to the Terms.
Permitted Use. Only health care providers and facilities ("Providers") with a Custom Profile are permitted to use the Lumino badge. If you are using the Lumino badge on behalf of a Provider, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that your acceptance of the Terms is binding on the Provider. In these Terms, "you" means the Provider, and "we" means Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada.
Cancellation. If you cancel your Custom Profile Service subscription, you agree to remove the Lumino badge from your website.
Content. You are responsible to ensure that the location and use of the Lumino badge is truthful and compliant with all applicable laws, professional obligations and regulatory requirements. You confirm that using the Lumino badge complies with all professional advertising guidelines and codes of ethics that apply to the Provider. You confirm that you have obtained all necessary rights and consents from third parties to have the Lumino badge on your website.
Review; Removal. We may review the placement of the Lumino badge, but we have no obligation to do so. We can request to remove the Lumino badge from your website at any time at our sole discretion with or without notice.
Changes. We may make changes to the Lumino badge at any time with or without notice. We may make changes to these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the website.
Language. The parties hereto have requested that these terms and conditions as well as all other related documents be drawn up in English.
