The important information you provide will help document health and safety problems at Piedmont stations and be used to support our fight for health & safety, our advocacy in Congress, and more effective health and safety committees.

Note: Passenger rage is a serious concern facing agents. Passenger rage can include passenger verbal abuse (e.g. yelling, cursing, or threatening), physical threats (e.g. blocking an agent, getting in an agent’s face, making a threatening gesture), or physical assault (e.g. throwing something at an agent, spitting, pushing, punching, grabbing, use of a weapon).
