NY ONBOCES Enhanced CLNA Student Survey-Version 1.0

The following survey is about your experiences as a student at your BOCES. Your opinions and perspectives are important to us. There are no right or wrong answers. No one will see your individual response only a summary of what all the students have said.

Please read each question carefully and select one answer, unless you are asked to provide more. The survey takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.

Please note that no one should review your answers while you are taking the survey or before you submit your responses.

The next set of questions asks you about how often something happens in your BOCES classes. For example, if something happens in every class you would say Always. If it happens many times, then you would say Often. If it occurs only once a week or less, then you would say Sometimes. And of course, Never means never. So think about each of these questions for a typical week in your BOCES classes.
