5. Beginning in February 2020, what day will work best for your attendance? These time slots will be 2.5 hours each. Please mark all that apply. The more you are available, the easier it is to match you into a circle. Remember this commitment is only one time a month and will continue through July every four weeks beginning February 25th or February 26th. The dates are as follows:

Tuesday: 2/25, 3/24, 4/21, 5/19, 6/16, 7/14
Wednesday: 2/26, 3/25, 4/22, 5/20, 6/17, 7/15
