To honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and his work, the Cross Cultural Centers award the MLK Legacy Award each year. The award recognizes a campus community member who upholds the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. by leading with love and hope to create a better campus for all. The recipient is someone who we believe is integral to creating a legacy at Cal Poly that centers diversity, equity and inclusion. The Cross Cultural Centers are seeking nominations for the 2020 award recipient. Please nominate a faculty or staff member who you feel most represents the values reflected by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s legacy.
