Important Information

Lodgement of this EOI document is not an implied guarantee of an allocation at Ryan’s Reserve in 2020
In the case of multiple requests for court access at the same time.
Council will assess applications against the following criteria;
- Ability to maximise the number of courts per booking
- Matches/Competition fixtures scheduled per individual booking
- Ensures Not-for-Profit, Community Access is not restricted.
- No outstanding debts to Council
The 2020 Commercial EOI is not to be considered an indefinite/ongoing offer of access and hire of Ryan’s Reserve Netball Facility
Council maintain the right to review all commercial arrangements and access agreements prior to the conclusion of the Ryan’s Reserve Project.
Council maintains the right to adjust or cancel court and pavilion booking times to allow for construction and other essential works to occur.
Council will not provide compensation for loss of income or be obligated to source alternative facilities due to pavilion or court closures during Ryan’s Reserve Project program.
If, due to works closure of facilities is required, Council will refund the court hire fees for affected courts only.
