Bell Helmets Comp Full T&C's

1. INTRODUCTION
   1. These terms and conditions apply to the Bell Helmets Custom Helmet Giveaway (the “Contest”) operated by Autosport Media, a United Kingdom limited company with its principal office located at 1 Eton Street, Richmond, TW9 1AG, and its subsidiary or subsidiaries ("Our", "Us" and "We") via our Media platforms: autosport.com  (the “Platform” or “Platforms”).
   2. Please read these Terms carefully. These Terms set out who can enter the Contest, how the Contest will be run, the prizes available and any other important terms regarding the Contest. By entering the Contest, you agree you have accepted these Terms and to be bound by them.
   3. Any entries not submitted in accordance with these Terms shall be disqualified and will not be accepted.
   4. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use your personal data in accordance with these terms and Our Privacy Policy, available at https://accounts.motorsportnetwork.com/legal/privacy-policy/en  and the Addendum located at https://www.autosport.com/terms-and-conditions (together the “Privacy Policy”). This Privacy Policy governs how We may use the data We collect from you. By entering the Contest, you hereby grant permission to Us to pass your personal information to the Platform(s) and their data processors.
   5. If you enter the Contest in accordance with these Terms you could win a bespoke helmet by Bell Helmets worth €12,000. By entering the Contest you confirm you are eligible to claim the Prize.
2. ELIGIBILITY
   1. The Contest is open to individual residents of the United Kingdom. Entrants must be 18 years old at the date of entry and must be able to comply with these Terms.
   2. The Contest is not open to Our employees, agents or directors (or their family members) or of any of Our associated companies or subsidiaries or any advertising agency or anyone else professionally connected with Us or the Contest.
   3. You can only enter the Contest once. Any multiple entries will be disqualified.  Entries from third-party, automated entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be deemed invalid, disqualified and shall not be accepted. Responsibility cannot be accepted for those entries unsuccessfully submitted.
   4. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. We may request such information as We consider reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entrant, including but not limited to proof of age and/or residency, and Prizes may be withheld until and unless We are satisfied with the verification.
3. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
   1. Entries to the Contest must be received by Us between 12.00 Monday 16 December  and 12.00 Monday 6 January. Any entries which are received outside of this time period will not be considered.  Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries unsuccessfully submitted, lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed nor for any associated costs to failed entrants.
   2. To enter simply go to https://www.autosport.com/competition, and complete the question, along with your name, contact email, contact telephone number. 
   3. No purchase is necessary to enter the contest unless otherwise stated on the Contest Page. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
4. WINNERS
   1. The winners will be selected from those entries that comply with these Terms.

1. 2. The winner(s) of the Prize will be selected at random by independent judges. The judges' decision is final. The full name of the judges is available on request. No correspondence shall be entered into.

1. 3. Winners will be notified in writing via email to the email address provided on the entry form within 48 hours of the closing date of the Contest. Proof of identity may be required. The winner shall, be entitled to turn down the Prize within 5 working days of receipt of notification, in which case he or she forfeits all rights to the Prize and an alternative winner will be selected. If a winner fails to respond to claim their prize within 5 working days of receipt of the notification, or the notification is confirmed as undelivered or the email address provided does not exist, they shall be deemed to have forfeited all rights to the Prize and an alternative winner will be selected.  For the purpose of clarity, receipt shall be assumed upon the sending of an email to the email address provided on the entry form.

4. 4. We will have the right to disclose the name of the winner(s) and their city/town of residence. Disclosure of winners will be done on motorsport.com (international & local edition). By entering the competition, you agree to permit such disclosure if you are the winner. Please see our privacy policy for more information on how we use your personal data.
5. PRIZE
   1. In no event shall any entrant be entitled to win more than one Prize.  Prizes will be delivered to the address provided by you.  The Prize will only be delivered to addresses within the United Kingdom.  There are no Prize substitutions or cash alternatives and the Prize is not transferable.

1. 2. Where for reasons outside of Our reasonable control We are unable to deliver to Winner the whole or any part of the Prize, We shall substitute all or part of the Prize offered for an alternative prize which We reasonably nominate.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   1. We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by you in entering a Contest (whether or not such entry is successful) or in relation to you taking part in a Contest. We do not accept responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Contest or as a result of accepting the Prize.  Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury as a result of Our negligence. Nothing contained in these Terms shall affect any statutory rights to which you may be entitled as a consumer.
7. GOVERNING LAW

                  These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
